to Finished Products
You supply the unfilled product skins and tell us what you need. Our team then handles the stuffing, finishing, and packing, giving you one dependable production partner from arrival through to preparation for collection or onward distribution.
Tell Us What You Need
We begin by discussing your product, quantities, filling requirements, deadline, and preferred packing arrangements. We can also arrange samples and production trials for new or unusual products.
Supply Your Product Skins
Your unfilled product skins are delivered to our Blackpool production facilities, ready for production.
Stuffing & Quality Checks
We fill each product with polyester fibre and check the stuffing weight, shape, and consistency.
Closing, QC & Packing
Once filled, we securely close and inspect products before packing them according to your requirements. Customers can choose standard packing or, for suitable products, compression packing.
Storage & Onward Distribution
We can store finished products at our Blackpool facilities and prepare orders for collection or onward distribution according to the agreed requirements.
